OOCL is live today. Every amendment, every rate, refreshed the day the carrier publishes. The column-mapping preview lets you confirm what the parser sees before the rows commit. Commodity groups are classified on ingest: FAK, DG, Promo, Hazmat, Bullet. Rate sheets that arrive as Word or PDF are parsed the same way as Excel workbooks, so you are not stuck re-typing a contract that came from the carrier in the wrong format. Growing carrier support. Rate detail opens the full surcharge breakdown (AMS, CSS, TED, GAS) and the all-in cost for the selected S-code.

The sanitization is enforced at the export layer, not in the template, so there is no accidental leak. Each result carries the service loop (PCN1, PNW1 through PNW5, SEAP), the ETD and ETA, transit days, and the vessel operator on the loop. Search results for inland Canadian cities get a rail transit badge showing the extra days from POD. Transit times are estimations. The system says so where it matters.

Metric cards on the dashboard surface open quotes, expiring rates, and stale-quote alerts when an amendment lands. Data freshness is written in plain language ("rates updated 2 days ago," not a raw timestamp) so ops staff know at a glance whether today's quote is built on today's contract.

Which carriers are supported today?

OOCL is live today. Every OOCL amendment is ingested and searchable the day the carrier publishes it. Carrier support is growing. If your primary carrier is not live yet, talk to us about the onboarding timeline before you sign up.

How long does it take to onboard a carrier that is not supported today?

Most Excel contracts can be onboarded in days once we have a sample file. COSCO shares the OOCL format and is parser-ready. Other carriers require per-carrier column mapping because every carrier uses a different workbook layout. Send us a sample contract and we will quote an onboarding date.

How is customer data secured?

Customer contracts, rates, and quotes live in your own authenticated workspace with row-level isolation per account. Each user has a scoped session. Customer-facing PDFs remove cost, contract number, commodity group, and margin before export, enforced in code, not template. If you need a signed DPA for a larger review, we will send one.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Every quote exports to PDF (internal and customer-facing). Your contracts are yours. If you leave, we help you extract everything you uploaded.

Can I cancel anytime?
