Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating a Tally Freight account or using the service, you accept these terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use the service.
2. Beta status and pricing
Tally Freight is in public beta. Features, performance, and pricing may change. Beta pricing is $99 per seat per month, billed manually via invoice. We reserve the right to change pricing after beta with 30 days' notice in-app and by email.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass multi-tenant isolation or access data belonging to other tenants.
- Do not upload content you do not have the legal right to upload.
- Do not use the Outlook integration to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk email.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or probe the service for vulnerabilities without first contacting security@tallyfreight.com.
- Do not upload malware or use the service to distribute malicious content.
4. Your data, your IP
You retain all intellectual-property rights in the contracts, quotes, and customer records you upload. We process them only to deliver the service. We do not use your data to train models and we do not sell it to third parties.
5. Service availability
We target best-effort uptime. There is no SLA during beta and no guarantee against data loss. Keep backups of any contract or quote data you cannot afford to lose. Planned maintenance windows may occur with advance notice in-app.
6. Account security
You are responsible for the security of your password and for any activity that occurs under your account. Multi-factor authentication is recommended. Tally Freight is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials outside our control.
7. Outlook integration
The Outlook integration is optional. When you connect Outlook, you authorize Tally Freight to send email on your behalf through your Outlook mailbox. You can disconnect at any time from Settings, Outlook. Tally Freight does not read your inbox.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@tallyfreight.com. On deletion we export your data on request and then purge it per the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice except in cases of abuse or suspected fraud.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tally Freight is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 during beta if you have not paid us.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Tally Freight harmless from third-party claims arising out of content you upload or actions you take through the service.
11. Governing law

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that window means you accept the updated terms.
